The Planar Wheel is the term used to describe the known Cosmos. The ‘hub’ of the Wheel is the Prime Material Plane, known as Aerti. Connecting it to the Inner Planes are the Astral and Ethereal Planes, both of which also connect it to the Outer Planes. The Astral also connects to the Far Realm and The Dreaming, places that not even the most seasoned traveler ventures to. The final Transitive Plane is the Shadow, which connects the Prime Material with the Outer Planes. Smaller Material planes exist within the Astral, generally called demi-planes. The Planar Wheel is theorized to be rotating around a central point, a fourth transitive plane which supposedly connects the cosmos and the Prime Material to other Universes and Prime Materials, though little evidence exists of the truth of the matter.
